Our Homemade Garlic Pickle (Lahsun ka Achaar) has a delightful flavor that hits every note: spiced, salty, sour & sweet. It’s a great way to include garlic in our everyday diet!
After the garlic is separated into cloves, we then proceed to marinate it with our carefully selected blend of spices, followed by putting all of it in a vegetable oil-filled container, which is then left to sit in the sunlight. The oil seeps into the achaar and the spices are absorbed completely after 5-6 days, giving the pickle its distinct aroma and special taste that will turn up any boring meal.
