The recipe reminded me of my mother who is no more but she used to prepare exactly the same achaar with the same taste every summer for me. I tried many companies but no one could give this taste and flavour. I do not know how to make it thats why could not prepare it myself. But now i know exactly from where to get it from. Referring you to many more too. Keep it up Diksha and the entire team for the wonderful startup. One request can anyone contact me as i wanted more bottles of the same achaar plus more variety as well.

We then hand-cut, sun-dry, and marinate the uniformly cut slices with a bunch of spices.

NON-GMO INGREDIENTS:

We use raw mangoes, methi seeds, Fennel-Saunf, Hing-Asafoetida, and Fenugreek-Methi before finally dipping the mixture in mustard oil and leaving it to mature for up to four weeks. All the ingredients for our Punjabi Mango Pickle are natural, locally sourced, and non-GMO.
