Homemade Love LLP, ships Monday to Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays and on public holidays in India. Our shipping cut-off time is 3pm IST. Orders placed after 3pm IST will be processed the next business day. Our shipping partner and Delhivery. You will always receive an email / text message with the shipping number which will help you track your order. Our coverage areas are limited to the areas covered by our channel partner. It usually takes 5-7 days for delivery of your order. For Delhi NCR, it is usually within 48 working hours. Deliveries are usually made between Monday to Saturday.
Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy:
We hope you love our products as much as we do, but if you aren’t thrilled with your purchase we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.
Returns (If Applicable)
Our policy lasts 7 days. Beyond 7 days of your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
At Homemade Love, we take great pride in our products. Each jar or package that we send out is made and packed with great care. However, we are not infallible.
- In the event of an incorrect order being delivered, please write to us with a picture of the parcel. We will immediately initiate a replacement.
- In the event of a glass jar (we avoid plastic) being broken upon receipt, please send us a picture. We will immediately initiate a replacement.
- Since our homemade products are free of chemical preservatives, there is a marginal chance that the product you receive might go bad due to any delay in delivery or extremely hot weather. In such cases, please mail us a picture of the product. We will initiate a replacement and you will have our heartfelt apologies.
- In case a parcel is lost in transit or was returned due to the issue from the logistics side, a return parcel will be sent within a day of updation of status (Return or lost) on the logistics tracking website. This new parcel should reach you within a week.
- In any of the above cases, if you would prefer a refund, please let us know and we will initiate a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded though.

Refunds (If Applicable)
If applicable for a refund and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
